We are the first company which introduced the 5-layer co-extrusion production equipments in China in 2015.
In the three-layer co-extrusion technology, due to the small number of layers, some different additive functions are mixed in the same layer in the production process, and some additives may affect each other and conflict due to their own structure, so that eventually each function affects the other and cannot play its advantages optimally.
Five-layer co-extrusion technology can add a variety of materials to the resins or additives of different layers, so that multiple layers of materials with different properties can be combined during the extrusion process, and because each layer is independent, there is no mutual influence, so that the product has the excellent properties of a variety of different materials and complement each other’s properties, so that a variety of properties can be combined to achieve the best balance.
Five-layer co-extrusion production technology can ensure the product’s light scattering effect, heat preservation function, anti-fogging function, anti-UV aging stability, UV radiation resistance, drip-proof, and dust-proof qualities when compared to products produced by three-layer co-extrusion technology. The product has a more reasonable guarantee for the balance and realization of multiple functions due to its stronger functions and higher stability.

1. PO film is a type of high-strength greenhouse film, not stretchable. Unlike other films which can be stretched for 3-5%. hence the length of the greenhouse determines the length of film to be covered.
2. Since the surface layer of PO film is what gives it its anti-drip and anti-fogging properties, protection is key, avoid scratching. The location will produce water droplets and waterways if you scratch it.
3. Identify inside and outside to avoid installing the film in the incorrect direction.
4. The exterior layer of this product has been given a unique treatment that prevents heat sealing, yet thermal sealing can be used to heat seal the inside surface.
According to studies, using astigmatic agricultural films improves crop quality and yield more than using highly transparent agricultural films.
The test results are already obvious, so we can no longer cling to the fallacious notion that agricultural films with high levels of transparency are advantageous. To increase crop yields and quality, we must advocate for diffuse-scattering agricultural films as well as those with high luminous efficiency.
The light transmission of agricultural films consists of two parts, one is direct light and the other is diffused light. The diffuse scattering film accounts for more scattered light. The light entering the greenhouse is softer and the light is more uniform, avoiding direct light burns on the plants in the high temperature phase.
The temperature of the diffuse diffusing film is higher than that of the transparent film in the morning and evening, and at noon, when the light is strongest, the temperature is lower than that of the transparent film. In some high temperature areas, the temperature in the greenhouse should be lowered around noon to avoid sunburn of the plants and provide a more comfortable working environment for the growers.
The light is more uniform and the scattered light is stronger, so the plants can be illuminated from every angle of the greenhouse. At the same time, the sunlight on the lower part of the tall plants is not blocked by the leaves above.
As shown in the figure on the left, the diffuse diffusing film is on the left side, the normal film is on the right side, and the upper and lower leaves on the left side all have the sunlight without shadows. In contrast, due to the amount of direct light on the right side, the upper leaves block the light, so the lower leaves receive no light, and we see the shadows of the upper leaves.
The film is made in different layers as needed to ensure the function of each layer and ensure long life, high strength and maximum functions.
The outer layer is in white color with antioxidants. The white side is facing outward to reflect sunlight, reduce heat absorption and lower the temperature of the tunnel. In summer, the temperature inside the tunnel can be 5-10 degrees lower than outside.
Increases the property of heat insulation and penetration. The white side is facing outward in summer to avoid heat, and the black side is facing outward to absorb more heat and reduce heat loss in the tunnel and increase the temperature.
The inner layer is in black color. Anti-aging and anti-dust agents are added to ensure the service life and reduce dust. The black layer completely blocks the sun to create a lightless environment and reduce the temperature in the tunnel.
