Silage Film
Silage fim, also known as bale wrap film, is an agricultural film used on farms to preserve and store fodder, silage, hay, and corn in places where herding grass grows quickly. The use of Bale Wrap Film to bundle silage aids in transportation and distribution. Bale Wrap Film may also be used as a green-store since it maintains an optimal humidity level in the forage, allowing for controlled anaerobic fermentation.
The film’s surface is sticky, and it is impenetrable to oxygen and water, resulting in an anaerobic environment. The film is extremely strong, tear resistant, and puncture resistant. The hay is not harmed during silage, and the film is opaque with low transmittance, reducing heat buildup.

A1: Our standard sizes include: 0.75 x 1500m x 25mic, 0.5 x 1800m x 25mic.
A2: Silage films should be kept in a cool, dry area. Allow no film to come into contact with any petrochemical materials in storage.
A3: Take the standard size 4ft x 4ft round bales for example, around 18 bales per roll by 0.5 x 1800m film, or 22 bales per roll by 0.75 x 1500m.
